Travel With Confidence

Learn about the terms and conditions that apply to bookings, payments, cancellations, and travel-related services.

Last updated: September 10, 2026

Welcome to FlyTravelHub.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our flight reservation services, website interface, and customer support channels. By browsing our website, initiating a flight search, or purchasing an airline ticket through our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

FlyTravelHub operates as an independent flight booking travel agency based in the United States, connecting passengers with scheduled domestic and international air carriers.

1. The Role of FlyTravelHub

FlyTravelHub acts as a booking facilitator between you and the respective airlines. When you complete a reservation on our website, you enter into a binding passenger contract directly with the operating airline, subject to their individual Contract of Carriage, tariff rules, and fare conditions.

Our role includes verifying passenger itinerary requests, processing authorized payments, issuing confirmed electronic tickets (e-tickets), and delivering customer support for itinerary servicing.

2. Accuracy of Passenger Information

Accurate passenger details are required for ticket validation and federal aviation compliance:

  • Legal Name Match: All passenger names entered during booking must match the traveler’s government-issued photo ID (such as a Driver’s License, REAL ID, or Passport) character for character. Airlines strictly restrict name changes once a ticket is issued.
  • Contact Accuracy: Travelers must provide valid email addresses and phone numbers to receive critical schedule alerts, e-ticket confirmations, and gate updates.
  • Travel Documents: Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, entry visas, health clearances, and transit documents required by arrival and layover destinations prior to departure.

3. Pricing, Fares, and Payment Authorization

We work to display current airfares, taxes, and mandatory government fees clearly throughout your booking journey:

  • Fare Availability: Airline prices fluctuate in real time based on seat inventory. Fares are guaranteed only once full payment is successfully authorized and an e-ticket number is issued by the airline.
  • Payment Processing: By submitting your credit or debit card, you authorize FlyTravelHub and partner payment gateways to charge the agreed-upon total amount for your reservation.
  • Ancillary Fees: Basic airline ticket prices do not always cover optional services such as advance seat assignments, checked baggage, priority boarding, or onboard meals. These options depend entirely on individual airline policies.

4. Booking Confirmations and Ticketing

Upon completing a transaction, you will receive an immediate booking confirmation email containing your temporary reference number. This email confirms that our system has received your request.

Ticket issuance follows verification of your payment details and seat inventory with the carrier. You will receive a separate confirmation containing your official airline Record Locator (PNR) and 13-digit e-ticket number(s) once the process is complete.

5. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Modifications and cancellations are subject to the specific fare rules established by the ticketing airline:

  • Airline Fare Rules: Economy, Basic Economy, and promotional fares are often non-refundable or incur carrier-imposed modification penalties. Flexible and refundable fare options depend on the tier chosen at checkout.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: In alignment with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, many qualifying itineraries booked at least one week prior to departure can be canceled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund without airline penalty.
  • Agency Processing: While our support agents assist with submitting refund and change requests directly to the carriers, refund turnaround times depend on airline billing cycles and bank clearing procedures.

6. Airline Operational Changes and Schedules

Airlines maintain direct authority over their flight operations, departure gates, layovers, and equipment. Operational delays, flight cancellations, or mechanical adjustments are handled under the operating airline’s customer service plan.

FlyTravelHub monitors active schedule updates and assists passengers in finding alternative routing options or securing carrier waivers when unexpected disruptions occur.

7. Permitted Use of the Platform

FlyTravelHub.com is provided solely to assist individuals and travel organizers in researching legitimate air travel, making authentic reservations, and managing itineraries. Users agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract pricing data without written permission.
  • Make speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations under fictitious names.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website databases, servers, or user accounts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State where FlyTravelHub is registered, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
